What you will do

• Audit HR workflows to identify inefficiencies and build data-driven cases for AI automation.
• Design and deploy AI-powered tools for onboarding, policy guidance, and candidate screening.
• Develop and maintain people analytics dashboards for headcount, turnover, and compensation.
• Launch and iterate on MVP AI solutions based on user feedback and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HRBPs to solve operational challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, people analytics, or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered tools or automation in a business environment.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and HRIS/ATS platforms like Workday.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Mexico.

• Experience working in a global, distributed HR function.
• People analytics or HR technology certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP).
