What you will do

• Provide architectural recommendations and implement strategic solutions for database and infrastructure challenges.
• Lead system capacity and performance analysis to guide optimization and architectural planning.
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
• Integrate security requirements into project planning and maintain departmental firewalls.
• Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to manage dependencies and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience supporting and implementing technology environments.
• Proficiency in diagnostic and administrative tools for project execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Must be available for after-hours and weekend support for service-related issues.
• Must obtain LA City Fire Life Safety Training within 30 days of hire.
