What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot network configurations and protocols to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies to optimize resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency.
• Design and implement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity.
• Perform routine system administration tasks, including user account management, system monitoring, and Active Directory administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2+ years of related experience in IT systems.
• Proficiency in operating systems installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, routing, and remote access services.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and backup/recovery procedures.
• Familiarity with Windows administrative tools and Active Directory.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Azure Administrator Associate.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
