Infrastructure Engineer (Technical Operations Center)

Salary: $38.55–$57.83 per hour (approx. $80,184–$120,286 annually).

What you will do

• Administer and operate server, network, client services, and storage infrastructure.
• Proactively monitor virtualized servers and network operations to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams on daily operations and special projects.
• Maintain infrastructure according to standard procedures and service level metrics.
• Provide 24/7 support coverage during assigned swing or graveyard shifts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve interdependencies between complex systems and processes.

Requirements

• Must be available for swing or graveyard shift work.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, and Windows Server infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware architecture and concepts.
• Understanding of network infrastructure including TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a mission-critical, team-oriented environment.
