What you will do

• Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems, including client/server, storage, and network devices.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Configure and maintain UNIX and Windows operating systems and network components.
• Optimize system operations, resource utilization, and perform capacity analysis.
• Support the design of systems, mission architecture, and associated hardware.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware and software integration.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• 15 years of experience as a Systems Administrator on programs of similar scope (or 10 years with a Bachelor's degree).
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I.
• Working knowledge of system administration interdependencies within Service Oriented Architecture.
• Ability to provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management.
