What you will do

• Lead change management initiatives to drive the adoption of new technologies and workflows.
• Partner with radiologists and operations teams to assess impacts and ensure successful implementation.
• Develop change communications, playbooks, and educational resources to promote organizational alignment.
• Utilize adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.
• Coordinate large-scale implementations and travel up to 20-25% as required.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Change Management or PMP certification.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools.
• Knowledge of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, or healthcare operations.
