Treasury Analyst (Media)

TL;DR

Treasury Analyst (Finance): Providing cash management, forecasting, and oversight for a global media portfolio with an accent on foreign exchange risk mitigation and liquidity management. Location: Hybrid (Minimum 4 days per week in the New York office)

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support daily treasury activities including cash and liquidity management, intercompany transactions, and banking administration.
• Manage the rolling cash and liquidity forecast process in collaboration with business units, FP&A, and Controllership.
• Build scalable reporting and Power BI dashboards to enhance treasury analytics and reporting timeliness.
• Evaluate and implement opportunities to optimize cash visibility, automate processes, and strengthen internal controls.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and accounting teams across various business segments to deliver treasury services.
• Contribute to special projects supporting the long-term Treasury Strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office (Hybrid schedule).
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a treasury or finance role.
• Knowledge of banking services, working capital management, and financial principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in financial modeling.

Nice to have

• CTP or other professional finance designations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power BI Reporting.
• Familiarity with banking platforms such as Quantum, Trax, Chatham, and FXAll.
• Knowledge of FX markets and related financial instruments.
• Experience within the media industry.
