Senior Treasury Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Base pay range: $80,000–$120,000 USD annually, depending on compensation zone, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and implement automation workflows using AI with human approval controls.
• Prepare and monitor the global daily cash position across all entities.
• Participate in implementing a Treasury Management System for cash positioning, direct cash forecasting, bank account management, and bank fee analysis.
• Lead bank account lifecycle management, U.S. cash management, wire settlements, internal settlements, borrowings, repayments, investments, and capital markets transaction settlements.
• Develop cash optimization strategies and support the 13-week direct cash flow forecast, bank account database, KYC requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain SOX controls, support audits, manage banking portals and relationships, and provide periodic on-call support for funding alerts and critical events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably at a publicly traded global financial services company.
• Experience implementing automation with AI tools and managing direct cash flow forecasts.
• Significant treasury operations experience with a strong understanding of management controls and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Superset.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex financial operations problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CTP preferred.
