Salary: $58,100–$87,000 USD

What you will do

• Support annual budget, monthly forecast, and reporting cycles through consolidated financial analysis.
• Assist in the consolidation of global financial results across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards, and management presentations for Finance leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models for long-range cash flow, CapEx, and inventory planning.
• Partner with IT and Finance Systems teams to optimize reporting tools and identify automation opportunities.
• Leverage enterprise AI platforms to accelerate analysis, modeling, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Demonstrated fluency with enterprise AI assistants to accelerate analytical workflows.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in Needham, MA).

Nice to have

• Experience with Adaptive Planning, Oracle, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Background in a global or consumer products organization.
• Experience supporting corporate financial consolidation and executive reporting.
