Location: Must reside in the Lincoln, NE or Draper, UT area. Hybrid work environment requires in-office presence three days per week for associates living within 30 miles of an office.

Salary: $60,000–$93,000

What you will do

• Support investment underwriting and decision-making processes through analytical modeling.
• Perform asset cash-flow, liability modeling, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis.
• Analyze data tapes, historical performance, and proxy data to generate performance insights.
• Assist with performance forecasting and scenario evaluation for investment and loan portfolios.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets teams on structured finance techniques and rating agency materials.
• Contribute to the structuring and evaluation of new asset originations and forward flow programs.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the Lincoln, NE or Draper, UT area.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a quantitative field.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in finance, analytics, or structured products.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with structured finance concepts and financial modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or Python.
• Interest in learning industry modeling tools such as Intex.
