Medical Director (Cardiology)

Chamber is rebuilding the cardiovascular care system by providing independent cardiologists with technology, data, and operational tools to improve population health outcomes.

What you will do

• Lead and scale clinical programs ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols.
• Own the Stars/HEDIS clinical strategy and risk coding strategy (CDI) to improve payer performance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to design and test AI-enabled clinical tools and dashboards.
• Define and monitor key metrics for outcomes, utilization, and medication adherence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Network teams to translate clinical strategy into execution.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical leadership or value-based care programs.
• Proven track record of leading interdisciplinary clinical teams.
• Experience with quality programs and clinical documentation integrity.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Ability to design and implement technology-enabled workflows.
