Salary: $246,422–$266,000

What you will do

• Lead clinical strategy to establish convincing evidence for liver, kidney, and pancreas product lines.
• Manage the GUARDIAN family of registries, including strategic planning, site onboarding, and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of clinical presentations and publications in leading journals.
• Direct the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, including hiring, training, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing to provide clinical insights and support commercial needs.
• Oversee the Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) program and advisory board meetings.

Requirements

• Medical Doctorate Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solid organ transplant clinical research.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Minimum 2 years of direct managerial experience.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally 21%-50% of the time.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in the Greater Boston area.
