What you will do

• Oversee daily clinical operations and capacity planning for RN/MA programs.
• Lead and provide functional oversight to internal and vendor-partnered clinical teams, including supervisors.
• Own the end-to-end quality assurance program, including AI-enabled chart audits and documentation reviews.
• Develop and deliver onboarding, orientation, and skills training for clinical staff.
• Monitor clinical KPIs and provide operational insights to leadership and clients.
• Coordinate patient care and education protocols within a telehealth setting.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional clinical or nursing experience, preferably in telehealth.
• 2+ years of experience leading clinical teams in high-volume settings.
• Proven experience owning clinical quality assurance, chart-audit, or documentation-review programs.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations, CMS, and HEDIS quality standards.

Nice to have

• Compact or multistate nursing licensure.
• Experience with risk adjustment documentation, including HCC coding and MEAT criteria.
• Experience in vendor-partner management.
