What you will do

• Provide strategic direction for clinical programs and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead initiatives to improve clinical quality, safety, risk management, and infection control across multiple locations.
• Partner with clinical leaders to ensure agencies are survey-ready through tools, resources, and training.
• Implement performance improvement initiatives and refine processes based on clinical and operational data.
• Oversee the creation of educational programs and orientation to enhance staff competency.
• Analyze clinical quality data to identify trends and report on patient care and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in home health and/or hospice leadership.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• In-depth knowledge of home health and hospice industries and regulatory survey readiness.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and implementing solutions to complex clinical challenges.
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to drive change in multi-site organizations.
• Must be able to travel across Tennessee.
