What you will do
- Manage communication and status updates among internal team members and clients for assigned brands.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for projects, ensuring successful delivery and profitability.
- Coordinate pitch presentations, RFPs, and identify organic growth opportunities within accounts.
- Collaborate with Project Management to develop timelines, communicate milestones, and mitigate roadblocks.
- Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review process to ensure compliance of promotional items.
- Monitor project budgets, including direct/labor costs and financial forecasting reports.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of combined experience in pharmaceutical agency accounts and project management.
- Proven experience with direct client contact and professional communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 5%.
Nice to have
- Experience with online submission systems such as Zinc or Veeva for MLR reviews.
- Experience with pharmaceutical drug launches.
- Ability to write SOWs and project briefs.
- Degree concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising.
