Salary: $205,000 - $380,000

What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive regional strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Manage the region's Profit & Loss (P&L), including operating budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning.
• Drive the customer lifecycle through awareness, evaluation, implementation, and adoption of enterprise products.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, business partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide leadership and oversee recruitment, training, and development of the regional staff.
• Monitor and report regional performance, implementing improvements to achieve strategic targets.

Requirements

• 12 or more years of applicable professional experience.
• At least 7 years in a management role and 3 years in a senior leadership position.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 61-80% within the US.
