TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US, specifically managing the West region); requires 61-80% travel within the US

Salary: $205,000 - $380,000

What you will do

Develop and implement comprehensive regional strategies to drive growth and expand market presence aligned with company values.
Manage the region's Profit & Loss (P&L), including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
Oversee the customer lifecycle from awareness (Learn) and purchasing (Buy) to implementation (Install) and adoption (Adopt).
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, business partners, and regulatory bodies.
Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performance team to meet current and future regional needs.
Monitor regional performance and implement operational improvements to achieve strategic targets.

Requirements

12+ years of applicable professional experience.
At least 7 years in a management role and 3 years in a senior leadership position.
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to travel 61-80% within the United States.
Proven experience in P&L management, financial acumen, and strategic planning.
