What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of company-critical, cross-team programs aligned with product strategy.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and sequencing to prevent upstream and downstream blockers.
• Align scope between Engineering and Product to identify and mitigate rescoping risks early.
• Monitor program health and communicate tradeoffs and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads to remove coordination overhead and blockers.
• Implement change management to reduce rework and minimize organizational chaos during growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical or cross-functional programs.
• Proven track record of shipping large initiatives involving multiple teams in fast-growing startups.
• Strong ability to navigate technical discussions, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and relationships in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling a TPM function from the ground up.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate coordination and execution.
• Background working in B2B SaaS or platform companies.
• Experience establishing delivery metrics, reporting cadences, or program health dashboards.
