Salary: $166,000 – $239,200

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration from late-stage diligence through steady state, including change management and employee retention.
• Build and maintain operational infrastructure such as deal pipeline processes, diligence templates, and integration playbooks.
• Apply AI-enabled workflows to standardize and improve governance cadences and reusable templates for future transactions.
• Track integration KPIs and synergy realization, reporting milestones and risks to executive leadership.
• Manage the Snowflake Ventures portfolio, identifying product and GTM alignment opportunities and overseeing financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary bridge between deal teams and the broader organization to manage dependencies and drive decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate development, hands-on M&A integration, or tech-focused management consulting.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end M&A integrations across various types (acqui-hires, platform acquisitions, asset purchases).
• Background in software, cloud, data, AI, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to lead multi-stakeholder workstreams without direct authority.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid: 3 days/week).
