What you will do

• Lead consequential talent programs end-to-end, from ambiguous mandates to shipped outcomes.
• Partner with executives and recruiting leadership to translate strategy into programs with clear milestones and accountability.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leadership to align stakeholders.
• Design the organization's operating cadence, including planning cycles, prioritization, and executive reporting rhythms.
• Build and automate systems, tooling, and workflows to enable recruiting to scale efficiently.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to convert hiring data into faster, sharper leadership decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management experience owning companywide, mission-critical initiatives.
• Proven track record of partnering with and presenting to executives on high-stakes work.
• Experience driving ambiguous programs to measurable outcomes in fast-paced, rapidly scaling environments.
• Strong operational rigor with the ability to design scalable systems and build order out of chaos.
• Analytical mindset capable of structuring complex data into clear strategic direction.
• Sharp communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive, high-visibility work.
