What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain three-phase electrical systems and industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Install and replace motors, contactors, relays, sensors, and related electrical components.
• Maintain motor controls, variable-frequency drives (VFDs), and control panels to ensure production efficiency.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Perform mechanical repairs on bearings, belts, conveyors, pumps, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
• Support equipment installations, facility repairs, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Elizabethtown, NC
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting industrial three-phase electrical systems.
• Proficiency with multimeters and other electrical diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong safety mindset with understanding of lockout/tagout (LOTO) and machine guarding.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechatronics or industrial maintenance preferred.

Nice to have

• Welding and metal-fabrication experience.
• Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and automated equipment.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience operating forklifts, aerial lifts, or hoists.
