Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including job postings, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HR systems to ensure smooth and timely business operations.
• Coordinate HR requests such as compensation analyses, employment agreements, and organizational changes.
• Collaborate closely with Payroll to process employee payment requests and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and audit HR data integrity, producing metrics and reports for an organization of 1,000+ employees.
• Support the design and execution of employee engagement programs and company-wide HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work in Universal City, CA a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Must be 18 years or older.
