Human Resources Coordinator (Employee Relations)

Location: Onsite in Hawthorne, CA. Relocation is required if not already local.

Salary: $27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support employee relations investigations and conflict resolution processes.
• Maintain the HRIS for all employee life-cycle processes, reporting, and audit requests.
• Serve as the primary onboarding point of contact for new hire transitions.
• Provide guidance and direction on HR policies and programs to employees and managers.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of human resources policies and documentation.
• Facilitate site-wide events, benefits fairs, and team celebrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ months of administrative experience (internships qualify).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card), refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel to other SpaceX locations up to 25%.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of professional experience in a human resources role.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, and UltiPro.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and current HR trends.
