Entry Level Architecture Designer

Location: New York City, New York; on-site and in-office. Field work: 10%.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 USD per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Conduct field surveys of existing buildings, surroundings, and site conditions.
• Review and apply building codes, regulatory requirements, and ADA standards.
• Develop architectural designs, construction documents, drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Provide construction administration support and coordinate with client representatives and contractors.
• Attend in-office and off-site meetings while supporting multiple projects and company priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• 0–3 years of experience in the design and construction field.
• Experience with construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business programs.
• Ability to operate Bluebeam Revu and knowledge of building codes and ADA standards.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, planning, and prioritization skills.
