Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle project design from initial kick-off through construction document production and oversight.
• Produce technically accurate engineering documents, including reports, calculations, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to address technical design issues and manage submittal processes.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as RISA, Enercalc, RAM, Bluebeam, and Revit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project excellence and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Structural, or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an ABET-accredited school.
• 2-5 years of related experience in building design.
• Passed the F.E. exam; California PE license is strongly preferred.
• Experience with building foundations, framing systems, and lateral system design.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Diego, CA office.
• Experience with high seismic structural design (SDC D, E, or F) is highly desired.
