Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage structural engineering tasks and project production schedules.
• Develop structural drawings, Revit models, and technical reports.
• Apply building code provisions and interpret material design standards.
• Perform construction administration tasks, including submittal reviews and field question responses.
• Supervise and mentor staff engineers and CAD staff.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure project integration and technical accuracy.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of related experience in building design.
• Accredited BS or MS degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Active PE license required (California structural license preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit and engineering software such as RISA, RAM, or ETABS.
• Experience with steel, concrete, and wood-framed design.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for out-of-town projects or meetings.
