What you will do

• Maintain data center operations to ensure high service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics, repairs, and root cause analysis.
• Assemble and install server and networking equipment.
• Develop scripts to automate hardware updates and maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical support and develop documentation for internal teams.
• Participate in a 24/7 rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergencies.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) due to export control regulations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Weehawken, NJ.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting, assembly, and networking.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Experience with Cisco IOS or Juniper JunOS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces.
