Salary: $105,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Own Okta administration, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and account lifecycle management.
• Develop automations using Workato, n8n, and APIs to eliminate manual IT tasks.
• Manage and optimize the SaaS portfolio, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian.
• Provide IT support, troubleshoot network issues, and manage A/V setups for meetings.
• Maintain and improve the employee Mac experience across the enterprise fleet.
• Partner cross-functionally to document processes and translate technical requirements for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT engineering experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Deep expertise in Okta administration (SSO, SCIM, Workflows).
• Proficiency with iPaaS automation platforms like Workato or n8n.
• Strong experience supporting macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Active AI fluency with daily use of tools like ChatGPT or Claude for problem-solving.
• Ability to work on-site in Raleigh, NC 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with endpoint management tools like JumpCloud.
• Knowledge of security best practices including MFA and least privilege access.
• Background in IT support evolving into an engineering-focused role.
