What you will do

• Configure and maintain Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds) and the GTM tool ecosystem, including DealHub, Gong, and Gainsight.
• Develop declarative automation using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and assignment/routing logic.
• Troubleshoot integrations across the stack, specifically the Celigo iPaaS backbone and Salesforce APIs.
• Own data quality initiatives, including deduplication, migrations, and bulk updates using data loader.
• Build and deploy agentic AI solutions to automate and optimize business workflows.
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders across IT, Field Ops, Support, and CX to deliver requested changes.

Requirements

• 1 to 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or configuration experience.
• Practical experience building declarative automation (Flow) and managing users, permissions, and objects.
• Comfort with data loader and a solid understanding of how records move between connected systems.
• Experience with QA/UAT and change deployment processes.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications.
• Experience with DealHub, RingLead, Celigo, Gong, or Gainsight.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI platforms or AI-driven process automation.
• Exposure to Agile practices and remote collaboration tools.
