What you will do

• Own integration launch coordination end-to-end for new enterprise deployments across 10+ EHRs.
• Manage triage of integration issues in production, reproducing and scoping problems accurately.
• Build dashboards and health metrics to provide leadership visibility into sync rates and error trends.
• Codify integration triage, launch, and escalation workflows into documented runbooks and playbooks.
• Establish operating cadence through status reporting, SLA reviews, and cross-functional syncs.

Requirements

• 8-10 years in operations, ideally in healthcare technology with cross-functional workflow ownership.
• Proven triage and escalation ownership with ability to isolate root causes and route issues effectively.
• Strong documentation skills to create and maintain executable runbooks.
• Excellent written communication for executive updates and client-facing correspondence.
• Systems thinker with ability to deliver clear scope boundaries and build trust through follow-through.

Nice to have

• Experience with ambient AI clinical documentation or point-of-care technology deployments.
• Hands-on experience with major EHR platforms like Epic, Cerner, or Athena.
• Knowledge of EHR integration fundamentals: HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, and authentication methods.
• Experience coordinating launches with enterprise health system IT teams.
• Highly organized and adaptable managing complex multi-client portfolios.
