Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

What you will do
- Support the Project Manager in all aspects of daily contract execution and serve as the primary backup.
- Own the end-to-end regulatory reporting workstream, including preparation, quality control, and on-time submission of CMS reports.
- Lead coordination of Joint Operating Agreements (JOAs) with Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs).
- Manage the program meeting structure, including CMS status calls and internal reviews, and track action items to resolution.
- Monitor compliance tracking across workstreams and maintain visibility into contractual performance standards.
- Manage complex systems and medical review workflow operations to ensure alignment with CMS expectations.
Requirements
- Must be based in one of the allowed US states: AZ, AR, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MS, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, DC, WI, or WV.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in healthcare program management, federal contracting, or related operational fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex systems and medical review workflow operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medicare Fee-for-Service (FFS) program operations.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare, Public, or Business Administration preferred.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as an operations manager or deputy director at a CMS medical review contractor.
- Knowledge of federal contracting reporting requirements and COR/CO relationship dynamics.
- Direct experience coordinating JOAs with MACs and understanding of CMS policy.
