What you will do

• Own positioning and messaging, defining the narrative and value propositions against legacy ITSM and AI solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product launches, coordinating GTM plans across product, sales, and demand generation.
• Build the sales enablement layer, including pitch decks, battle cards, and demo narratives.
• Conduct deep buyer research on IT, security, and ops leaders to create resonant messaging.
• Drive competitive intelligence and track the landscape to arm sales teams for head-to-head wins.
• Collaborate with demand gen on campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership to drive pipeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS for technical buyers.
• Proven track record of owning positioning and product launches end-to-end.
• Exceptional writing skills to simplify complex technical products for executives.
• Experience partnering closely with sales teams to create high-adoption enablement tools.
• Strong analytical instincts grounded in research and win/loss data.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and a strong bias to action.

• Experience with ITSM, IT operations, identity/access, security, or AI/agent products.
