What you will do

• Build and run Google and Bing programs, including keyword strategy, campaign architecture, and bid management.
• Target high-value enterprise accounts and self-serve accounts showing enterprise intent.
• Develop a measurement framework focusing on CPL, CPQL, tier mix, and pipeline contribution.
• Maintain and optimize the Conversion API (CAPI) setup for accurate signal passing.
• Experiment with and scale new channels such as Reddit, X, and connected TV.
• Own a pipeline goal for qualified leads, meetings, and opportunities in collaboration with Growth and Sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning SEM end-to-end, including strategy and measurement.
• Quantitative fluency in CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution.
• Experience building channels from 0→1 and scaling them.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS buying dynamics and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with creative, ops, and sales teams.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with ABM platforms or audience-based targeting (LinkedIn/Meta).
• Familiarity with hirify.global or the GTM engineering space.
• Experience running connected TV, Reddit, or X campaigns.
• Background in PLG companies where self-serve and enterprise motions coexist.
• Experience with the modern GTM stack (hirify.global, Salesforce, outbound platforms).
