What you will do

• Define and manage the applied AI roadmap, balancing quick wins, efficiency gains, and strategic bets.
• Identify operational friction and translate it into high-impact AI tools and decision-support systems.
• Build hands-on prototypes and lightweight applications using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools.
• Partner with engineering and external vendors to productize and scale successful AI prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Creative) to enable AI adoption across the studio.
• Manage adoption risks, including data quality, model reliability, and brand integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product management or technical roles with a track record of shipping internal tools.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows using LLM APIs, multimodal models, and tools like LangChain or Python.
• Ability to lead an AI solution from prototype to full-scale production and rollout.
• Strong product mindset to diagnose workflow pain points and connect them to technical solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with production, design, and business stakeholders.
