Salary: $161,297 – $230,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for AI document generation from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
• Translate legal team friction points into product decisions that drive meaningful workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to build reliable and accurate LLM-powered features.
• Define and track success metrics using both qualitative research and quantitative analysis.
• Partner with design, customer success, and GTM teams to ensure smooth releases and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products with direct working knowledge of agentics and LLMs/LMMs (Required).
• Strong user research instincts to uncover latent user needs.
• Proven ability to take a product from concept through launch in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into intuitive user experiences.
• Comfortable moving fast in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
