Salary: $201,250 - $238,750 USD

What you will do

• Define long-term vision and strategy for AI-powered creation experiences and intelligent content generation.
• Establish activation strategies and success metrics to accelerate customer time-to-value via AI onboarding.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to improve AI-generated output quality and accuracy.
• Build and optimize product-led growth loops by analyzing user behavior and iterating on journeys.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, customer-focused AI solutions.
• Communicate product narratives, priorities, and trade-offs to executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years managing AI/ML-powered products.
• Proven track record in product-led growth, including activation, onboarding, and self-service adoption.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience launching and scaling complex enterprise products from concept to execution.
• Analytical proficiency in defining metrics and running experiments with incomplete data.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience with document intelligence, recommendation systems, or AI-assisted creation products.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
