What you will do

• Respond to incoming client service requests for small to large accounts.
• Process endorsements and issue new business.
• Address client inquiries regarding their insurance coverage.
• Remarket accounts as necessary to maintain optimal service.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure prompt and efficient high-quality service.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Current State Insurance License, or the ability to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
