Salary: $90,000β$110,000 plus sales incentive plan.

What you will do
- Act as a trusted partner and customer advocate, conducting regular business reviews to demonstrate value.
- Develop deep expertise in client business objectives to drive successful outcomes and product adoption.
- Monitor account renewals and collaborate with account managers on up-selling and pricing strategies.
- Manage client internal ticketing needs and coordinate escalations across support, product, and data science teams.
- Host onsite Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with client executive teams to align on long-term goals.
- Analyze pass rates and provide optimization recommendations to enhance the value of the platform.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as account management or sales.
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or a fast-growing startup is required.
- Strong project management and long-term account planning skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for technology, KPIs, and data analysis, including experience with platforms like Splunk or Looker.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
