Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Assess business value and technical feasibility of new product ideas.
• Define detailed user stories, epics, and features to drive the agile software development team.
• Collaborate with product management, software architecture, and stakeholders to ensure product fit.
• Take E2E product responsibility, managing both functional and technical aspects.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria (DoR/DoD) and evaluate sprint outcomes.
• Configure applications and maintain deep knowledge of the technologies used in production.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT services and software development, preferably in the electronic payments sector.
• Degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or economics.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, etc.) and/or DevOps.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Structured and analytical approach with strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Jira and ability to read/write SQL.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies such as Angular and Java.
• Experience with Cloud Environments and Cloud-based Applications.
• Proficiency in German.
