What you will do

• Analyze capability gaps and propose effective solution options.
• Identify and define business needs, goals, and stakeholder impacts.
• Manage requirements communication, scope, and conflict resolution.
• Moderate meetings and workshops with business stakeholders.
• Define non-functional requirements and monitor solution implementation.
• Mentor other analysts and contribute to the corporate knowledge base.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania.
• 3+ years of IT industry experience, including collaboration with international clients.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product management.
• 1+ year of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in requirements management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven experience in communicating with large audiences and top management.
