What you will do

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Define and optimize key product metrics such as retention, conversion, LTV, and churn.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards for Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate new releases and A/B testing initiatives.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend data-backed improvements.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst within digital products.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of product analytics, customer behavior analysis, and A/B testing.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-based analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Knowledge of digital product monetization models and customer lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Python or statistical analysis tools.
