What you will do

• Analyze capability gaps and propose strategic improvement methods and tailored solution options for the customer.
• Define and document business, user, and system requirements, managing the entire lifecycle from elicitation to business acceptance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure agile implementation.
• Facilitate high-stakes meetings and workshops to drive consensus and decision-making among stakeholders.
• Manage complex backlogs and prioritize requirements while defining non-functional constraints and external interfaces.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the corporate knowledge base to elevate collective expertise.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland (PL-Remote).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for communicating complex ideas to top-tier management.
• 3+ years of IT industry experience, including collaboration with international clients.
• Expert knowledge of SDLC and at least 1 year of experience as an Agile practitioner.
• Proven experience in establishing BA processes and managing the requirements lifecycle (traceability, prioritization).
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN modeling, as well as JIRA and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience in Pre-sales and Discovery phases with ownership of BA tasks.
• Solid understanding of major architectural types.
• Practical experience working with databases and writing queries.
