What you will do

• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and datasets for SE performance metrics and leadership visibility.
• Provide first-line support, triage, and coordination of Salesforce (SFDC) and Vivun toolset change requests.
• Validate data sources and prepare critical data inputs for SE quota and annual planning cycles.
• Apply AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to streamline reporting, ticket triage, and documentation.
• Collaborate with SalesOps, IT, and SE managers to translate reporting needs into defined dashboard updates.
• Support the integration between Salesforce, Snowflake, and Power BI as the data platform evolves.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or business systems support.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power BI, including building dashboards and basic data modeling.
• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) data structures and reporting concepts.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) and interest in applying them to operational work.
• Legal authorization to work in Romania without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Snowflake, Tableau, or Salesforce managed-package tools like Vivun.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or DAX.
• Experience supporting Sales Engineering or Sales Operations within GTM organizations.
• Understanding of CRM data flows or opportunity lifecycle concepts.
