Salary: $197,800 – $215,000+

What you will do

• Supervise client services teams on tax planning, consulting, and compliance projects across a variety of industries.
• Drive firm growth by leveraging external networks to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Manage engagement fundamentals, including realization, utilization, leverage, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct primary and secondary reviews of complex tax returns and ASC 740 income tax provision engagements.
• Mentor and develop staff through training and performance assessments.
• Maintain primary relationships with client management to gather information and execute tax services.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Dallas, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master's in taxation, LLM, or JD preferred.
• CPA or JD/active law license is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive tax compliance and consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes.
• Proficiency in broad-based statutory income tax compliance, including international activity and transfer pricing.

• Experience in public accounting.
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision.
