What you will do

• Lead accounting and close activities for personnel accounting, including payroll, benefits, long-term incentives, and capitalized labor.
• Oversee the annual capitalized labor submission process and determine capitalization eligibility for internally developed software.
• Manage and mentor a team of three accounting professionals to ensure high-performance and collaborative work.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Procurement, and FP&A to support forecasting and resolve accounting matters.
• Drive process optimization by leveraging Oracle Financials and AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot, and Claude.

Requirements

• Active CPA license required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in a large public company.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience with Oracle Financials or a comparable enterprise ERP.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
