What you will do

• Translate SPI and system-level requirements into technical designs and production implementations.
• Build and maintain Python-based services and AWS data pipelines supporting metrics and validation workflows.
• Process and analyze vehicle telemetry and validation data to produce meaningful system signals.
• Implement release validation logic tied to automated testing and evaluation pipelines.
• Debug and resolve issues across data pipelines, telemetry flows, and metric computation systems.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration and automation systems using Temporal or similar tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Robotics, or related field with 6+ years of experience (or Master's + 3 years, PhD + 1 year).
• Strong Python development experience.
• Deep experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, ECS, and Step Functions.
• Proven track record of building or maintaining data pipelines or backend systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous high-level requirements into working software.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience working with telemetry, event data, or time-series datasets.
• Background in automotive or autonomous systems.
• Experience building validation, metrics, or release-related systems.
• Exposure to safety-critical or high-reliability environments.
