What you will do

• Lead high-performing global engineering teams, setting strategic direction, priorities, and accountability for results.
• Embed an AI-native mindset by integrating AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making into engineering practices.
• Drive technology modernization by simplifying legacy approaches and accelerating the adoption of new platforms and tools.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver scalable solutions for 500+ B2B clients globally.
• Own workforce planning, talent strategy, and budget management for the engineering organization.
• Coach and develop people managers to strengthen leadership capability across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in people leadership, specifically coaching and developing global engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Java full stack, .NET, AWS, EKS, and DevOps deployment practices.
• Proven experience using AI tools and driving their adoption across technical teams.
• Expertise in influencing decision-making using a data-driven approach within a global matrix environment.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to remain close to execution and drive delivery of solutions.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones, cultures, and leadership levels.
