What you will do

• Lead and develop multiple software engineering teams across global locations.
• Drive technical execution of the SaaS product portfolio while aligning with business goals.
• Partner with Product Management and Architecture to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Champion engineering best practices, including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering leaders to support organizational growth.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure team performance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing distributed, multicultural engineering organizations.
• Strong background in building and delivering cloud-based SaaS applications (AWS or Azure).
• Expertise in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and modern software architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
