What you will do

• Serve as Pilot in Command for experimental UAS flight testing and mission simulations across varied weather conditions.
• Evaluate aircraft performance, hardware stability, and software integration during active test routines.
• Perform physical diagnostics and system troubleshooting on complex drone hardware and software systems.
• Document flight metrics and deliver technical write-ups to engineering teams.
• Partner with technical stakeholders to refine flight testing procedures and implement risk management standards.

Requirements

• Valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and thorough understanding of FAA regulations.
• Practical experience as a Pilot in Command within experimental UAS development (multirotor or fixed-wing).
• Hands-on proficiency in drone diagnostics and assessing software interactions during flight.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods outdoors and lift up to 55 lbs of gear.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
