What you will do

• Assemble avionics components, electromechanical assemblies, and wiring harnesses based on engineering drawings and schematics.
• Perform wire terminations, connector installations, and precise harness routing.
• Conduct continuity checks and basic functional testing of assemblies.
• Identify and escalate non-conformances and workmanship issues to ensure quality.
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation and material traceability using MES.
• Collaborate with quality and manufacturing engineering to resolve technical discrepancies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics, avionics, or precision assembly.
• Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs.
• Experience using standard avionics assembly tools and test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete E-Verify identity verification.
